Please help the TBF National Conservation Director in protesting the latest
threat from special interest groups to ban lead in fishing tackle. Carol Lindner
(Youth Director), reported an Email "blast" will be sent to all Missouri TBF
members with information on how and where you and your friends can voice your
opinion. If you did not receive the email and have checked your "spam or junk"
folder, please verify your Email address by sending an Email to your club
president for forward and verification on the roster.
You can access the latest full story from the TBF Website at

or go directly to Keep America Fishing at

You will need to enter your postal ZIP code for the appropriate legislators to
be contacted with a pre-written form letter. This is a simple process that only
takes a few seconds of your time (dial-up may take a minute or two).
Please
pass this information to everyone on your contact list. Don't be idle about it,
follow up with them a time or two for their support or we may see several
companies in the fishing industry fail from new expenses, not to mention the
impact to individual anglers.
